Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to stays booked at any property operated by The Epeys' Guest Inn in Muea and Buea Town, Southwest Region, Cameroon. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the terms below.

Booking

Bookings are made directly with us by WhatsApp or email — we don't use a third-party booking platform. A booking is only confirmed once we've replied to confirm availability and any deposit requirement has been met. Deposit and payment terms, if applicable, will be communicated to you directly at the time of booking.

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: by 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability — ask us directly.

Identification

A valid form of identification is required from all guests at check-in.

Cancellations

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Guest conduct

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and be considerate of neighboring units and residents. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the guest.

Our responsibility

We aim to ensure every property is clean, secure, and matches its description on this website. If something isn't right during your stay, tell us directly — we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your booking applies to your stay.
